Another short drive day, so we had some time to walk to Hampton Court Palace in Kingston, former home of Henry VIII! You know, like in the song?
It was gorgeous! It's amazing to be around so much history, especially coming from the US where everything is less than 200 years old.
After the palace, We Versus The Shark went and did some laundry. It was TERRIBLE!!! The wash was £3 (about $5), the dryer was £1 for 10 minutes. I opted to wait it out but Luke, Jeff and Scott each spent about £10 to do laundry!!! That's insane!!!
My patience paid off!!! When we drove to the next show in Guildford there was a washer and dryer backstage!!! Here's Jeff and Luke looking upset. You can't see but I'm behind the camera, smiling unsympathetically.

The show was uneventful (other than doing my laundry FOR FREE!!!) and we went back to our friend Dave's house. Here's Luke sleeping with his favorite movie "Wild Wild West".
